欢迎使用 MedVault（以下简称“本应用”）。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本服务条款（以下简称“本条款”）。下载、访问或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款的约束。

1. 服务说明

本应用是一款家庭药箱管理工具，提供药品录入、有效期提醒、药箱共享，以及基于人工智能的药品识别与用药咨询等功能。

2. 账户

您需通过“通过 Apple 登录”创建账户。您有责任维护账户的安全，并对在您账户下发生的所有活动负责。

3. 医疗免责声明

本应用不是医疗设备，也不提供医疗服务。所有 AI 识别结果与用药建议仅供参考，不构成专业医疗意见，不能替代执业医师或药师的诊断、处方与指导。任何用药决定请务必咨询专业人士；因依赖本应用内容而产生的后果由您自行承担。如遇紧急情况，请立即就医。

4. 订阅与付费

  • 本应用部分功能需通过付费订阅解锁，订阅通过 Apple App Store 处理；
  • 订阅在到期前 24 小时内自动续费，除非您提前关闭自动续费；
  • 您可在 Apple ID 的账户设置中管理或取消订阅；
  • 费用将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 扣除。退款事宜适用 Apple 的相关政策。

5. 可接受使用

您同意不会：

  • 将本应用用于任何非法或未经授权的目的；
  • 上传侵犯他人权利、违法或有害的内容；
  • 试图干扰、破坏或未经授权访问本应用的服务器与系统；
  • 滥用 AI 功能或以自动化方式发起异常请求。

6. 用户内容

您对您录入及上传的内容（药品信息、图片等）保留所有权。您授予我们为提供和改进服务所必需的、有限的使用许可（如存储、同步、向共享成员展示）。

7. 知识产权

本应用及其相关的软件、设计、商标与内容均归本应用所有者所有，受相关法律保护。未经许可，您不得复制、修改、分发或进行反向工程。

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”提供，不作任何明示或暗示的担保。对于因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、偶然或后果性损害，我们不承担责任。

9. 服务变更与终止

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止全部或部分服务的权利。我们也可能在您违反本条款时暂停或终止您的账户。

10. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后会在本页面发布。您在变更后继续使用本应用，即视为接受修订后的条款。

Welcome to MedVault ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is a family medicine cabinet management tool that provides medicine entry, expiry reminders, medicine box sharing, and AI-powered medicine recognition and medication consultation.

2. Accounts

You create an account using "Sign in with Apple." You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical services. All AI recognition results and medication advice are for reference only and do not constitute professional medical advice. They cannot replace diagnosis, prescription, or guidance from a licensed physician or pharmacist. Always consult a professional before making any medication decision; you assume all responsibility for consequences arising from reliance on the App's content. In an emergency, seek medical care immediately.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Certain features require a paid subscription, processed through the Apple App Store;
  • Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand;
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings;
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Refunds are subject to Apple's applicable policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
  • Upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful or harmful;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App's servers and systems;
  • Abuse the AI features or send abnormal requests through automated means.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you enter and upload (medicine information, images, etc.). You grant us a limited license, as necessary to provide and improve the service (such as storing, syncing, and displaying to shared members).

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its related software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by the App's owner and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
