How do I add a medicine?
On the medicine list, tap "+" in the top-right corner. You can enter details manually, or take a photo of the box and let AI recognize the name, expiry date, and more.
How do expiry reminders work?
Once you set a medicine's expiry date, the app sends a local notification before it expires. Please allow MedVault to send notifications in your system settings.
How do I share a medicine box with family?
Create an invite code in Box Management and share it with your family. They enter the code to join the same box and view and manage medicines together.
Is the AI medication advice reliable?
AI advice is for reference only and does not constitute professional medical advice. It cannot replace diagnosis or prescriptions from a physician or pharmacist. Always consult a professional before taking any medication.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel.
How do I delete my account and data?
